These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website rfvit.com (the “Site”) operated by Roaring Fork Valley Tech LLC, doing business as Roaring Fork Valley IT (“RFVIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Paid services, managed support, and project work are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or engagement letter (and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement). Those documents control in the event of a conflict with these website Terms regarding service delivery.
RFVIT provides IT support, device and network management, identity and access solutions, license management, and related services for independent professional offices and small businesses, primarily throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and surrounding Colorado communities.
Submitting a contact form, booking a consultation, or emailing us does not create a service contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing (including electronic acceptance of a proposal, SOW, or service agreement).
Site content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by RFVIT or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial use without our prior written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal evaluation of our services.
The Site may use or link to third-party services (for example, form processing, scheduling, or maps). Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. RFVIT is not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RFVIT and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from Site use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). This limitation does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and does not replace liability terms in a signed service agreement for paid work.
When you engage RFVIT for paid services:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RFVIT from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Colorado shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, unless a signed service agreement specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
