Sign-ins, mailboxes, licenses, and the settings that affect the whole office
We keep your Microsoft 365 in good order. Staff keep using the mail and documents they already know. RFVIT owns the sign-ins, mailboxes, licenses, and shared settings that make that safe for the whole office.
This is a monthly product of its own. It can stand alone or sit as an add-on to Managed Office. It is not the same as the limited Microsoft 365 hygiene included in Managed Office, and it is not the same as the Identity & Access projects (Hybrid Identity and Badged Access).
Managed Office already includes limited identity hygiene tied to the managed environment. Microsoft 365 Administration is the fuller job: the Microsoft 365 organization as a whole, month after month.
License Management Microsoft 365 Administration is the cost-and-compliance review across software. Microsoft 365 Administration operates the tenant those licenses live in.
Identity & Access is project work: Hybrid Identity and Badged Access. Those projects make PC login and Microsoft 365 describe the same person. Administration is how that stays true after go-live.
Licensed users are priced per named person, with a 15-user base, as a Managed Office add-on or standalone. Unlicensed hybrid or Azure-only identities, when they apply, are a lower per-user line on this product only. Microsoft's own license fees are always separate. Full schedule and the worked example are on Pricing Principles and Sample Pricing.
Most offices buy Microsoft 365 and then live with whatever defaults were on the day it was turned on. Shared mailboxes linger. Licenses outlast the people who held them. Sharing and sign-in settings drift. Administration is the monthly habit that keeps the tool you already pay for from becoming the weakest part of the office.
Best for: Practices that already run on Microsoft 365 and want one party responsible for keeping it in good order, with or without the full Managed Office retainer.
