Peter has worked in technology since 1995. Over nearly three decades he has focused on integration, cloud architecture, security, compliance, auditing, and technical training—primarily through roles at Microsoft and Avanade. His experience includes designing secure identity and access systems, leading cloud and hybrid migrations, implementing compliance controls in regulated industries, and teaching enterprise teams how to operate effectively in modern Microsoft environments.

This background shapes RFVIT’s practical approach: strong security and compliance foundations, clear identity and access control, and personalized training solutions that help staff and practitioners use their systems confidently and effectively.

Peter lives in Garfield County with his family. He has two children currently in local schools and an oldest child heading to college this fall. When he’s not working, he spends time skiing, hunting, and rafting—the same outdoor pursuits that make the Roaring Fork Valley home for so many of the professionals he serves. He founded RFVIT to combine his long technical career with a commitment to supporting local practices as a trusted neighbor and partner.
